Here’s the video of four out of six of the gardens that will be on the Oklahoma garden tour this Saturday. I think my garden is the first one profiled. I hope you enjoy it. Many thanks to our local Oklahoma Gardening for spending the day with all of us. Garden tour proceeds go to horticulture students throughout the state.
If you only want to see my garden, they pulled out just that section too. Choices, choices. I just love that crazy expression on my face.
A special shoutout to Kevin Gragg for making my garden look its very best. Thanks!

You are a SUPERSTAR! I love how your plant knowledge shines through and your kind nudges to nature.
Dee Nash
Aww, thank you Kathy. One visitor didn’t believe me when I said I didn’t spray for insects. She thought I was kidding. Little does she know, but birds eat a lot of offenders.

Dee, my husband and I were most fortunate to see your lovely garden on tour day. What an inspiration to gardeners everywhere you are. We thought all the tour gardens were fabulous, but yours is most like us. You have a couple of really sweet dogs, too! They were out on the road, welcoming everyone! Too cute!!
Dee Nash
Jean, your comment makes my day. I had so much fun on the tour. Thank you and your husband for coming and supporting horticulture students. It was my pleasure and honor to be on tour.

I have been enjoying your blog for some time. It was so fun to get to see your garden in person and to meet you. Thanks for the hard work it takes to open up your garden for our enjoyment!
Dee Nash
Thank you so much Michele for coming. It’s a great way to meet so many fellow gardeners and help horticulture students. Thanks for commenting too. It’s fun to see the people who read my musings.

Just spent a happy time reading all your garden-tour postings, Dee, and I watched the video on FB. Wow, your garden looks fabulous and your hard work is evident. I so much wanted to leave a comment on today’s GBBD posting, but couldn’t figure out how? Maybe, you have comments switched off. Anyway, I learned some new things such as cutting down cleome at the end of the summer — mine is so tall and lanky by now — I’ll try that next year. Why don’t I grow trout lily? — good question. I need to put it on my wish list. Love that pink gallardia — also on my wish list now. Wishing you good luck with your tour this weekend. Wish I could come! P. x

Hi Pam, sometimes, sill WordPress turns off comments all by itself. I haven’t a clue why, and I never know until someone tells me. Thanks for letting me know. I wish you could’ve been here too. There were over 500 people, but how about you just let me know when you’re in Oklahoma, and I’ll give you a private tour. Thanks for all your kind words.

Oh Dee, if only I could have come on your garden tour! Thank goodness someone videoed it so I can at least join you in the virtual world 🙂
Dee Nash
Oh, I wish you could. What fun we would have. ~~Dee
Janice
Dee, your garden was just lovely, as always. The other gardens were beautiful also, but your space spoke to the gardener in me.
Dee Nash
Thank you Janice. My garden is in my heart.
Lisa at Greenbow
I have already watched this. A nice combination of different type of gardens.
Dee Nash
It was. They did a wonderful job.
