Leucojum vernum, summer snowflake

Thank you Leslie.  It’s the best answer to a hot-weather-loving snowdrop don’t you think?  When you can’t grow the genus Galanthus, grow Leucojum.

Galanthus, probably nivalis, but don't quote me; i.e., snowdrops

    But what’s the answer if you’ve killed them both? They are so lovely I suppose I’ll just keep trying to plant them in our silty soil. Send about 15 degrees my way, would you? It would really help with the snowstorm we’re having. Again.

    Hi Dee, My galanthus were never happy and just evaporated this year. Think I’ll try that cute snowflake also!
