Dee Nash with Gilmore hose and daffodils

A Fiskars garden tool giveaway!!!

When I posted about February garden chores last week, I mentioned a Fiskars garden tool giveaway. I finally got the photos ready, and now I can share it with you. I wrote for Fiskars for several years until I wrote my book, The 20-30 Something Garden Guide: A No-Fuss, Down and Dirty, Gardening 101 for Anyone Who Wants to Grow Stuff.

I had to then focus upon book promotion. I still love the people at Fiskars, and they are always so kind to send products to my readers and me. Thank you Fiskars!

Note: This post contains affiliate links so that I get a small commission if you buy a tool. These small commissions make it possible to pay for blog hosting and other trivial things. No, I don’t get rich from blogging. Far from it. Ha!

Fiskars garden tool giveaway. Fiskars PowerGear2™ Lopper (18”) Dee Nash
My favorite Fiskars garden tool hands down, or hands up in this case, are my (18”) PowerGear2™ Loppers. I love them because I can get in the middle of rose bushes and not hurt myself. Here, I’m trimming a holly in my front border. These hollies are always getting out of hand.

My favorite Fiskars garden tool hands down are my Fiskars 18 Inch PowerGear Bypass Loppers. I love these short loppers because I can get in the middle of rose bushes with them and not injure myself. All of the loppers Fiskars makes are wonderful. I use them all the time and have many pair. The longer Fiskars 32-Inch PowerGear Bypass Lopper is great for reaching branches in trees and shrubs.

Another great tool in your arsenal is Fiskars 7-16 Foot Chain-drive Extendable Pole Saw and Tree Pruner Click on the photos below to see them larger.

When we worked on this giveaway, Fiskars let me know they acquired Gilmour in 2015. Gilmour makes sprinklers, hose end sprayers and hoses. I asked if we could also include a sprinkler and hose in the garden tool giveaway this time. They said yes!

Fiskars Micro-Tip Pruning Snip
Fiskars Micro-Tip Pruning Snip

Among Fiskars most sought after tools are the Fiskars Non-stick Softgrip Micro-Tip Pruning Snips. They are great for cutting daffodils and avoiding their sticky latex sap, but they are also used extensively by marijuana growers. Marijuana buds have sticky sap, and the snips’ nonstick coating is great for harvest. Just remember marijuana growing and consumption isn’t legal in Oklahoma so use your snips wisely if you buy them for our state. California, Colorado, Washington, Oregon growers–I’m sure I’m leaving out many states–perform your bud snipping with abandon. For the rest of us, they are great snips to have in the greenhouse because they are small. You can snip with precision.

Fiskars Micro-Tip Pruning Snips are among their most sought after tools.
Fiskars Micro-Tip Pruning Snips are among their most sought-after tools.

All of the Power Gear tools are great because they are easy on arthritic hands and shoulders. I use the Fiskars PowerGear2 Pruner for everything from cutting back Phlox paniculata stems to pruning roses and other shrubs. You get more power with less hand strain. You gotta like that.

Dee Nash pruning a rose with Fiskars PowerGear2 Softgrip Pruner; Fiskars Garden Tool Giveaway
Pruning a rose with Fiskars PowerGear 2 Softgrip pruners. That’s just a shadow on my hand. I haven’t gotten some icky grunge or anything.

Fiskars offered to give the following away to one lucky reader:

  • One pair of PowerGear2 Pruners
  • One pair of PowerGear2 Loppers (18 or 35″ your choice)
  • One Garden Multi-Snip
  • One SoftGrip Micro Tip Snip
  • One Chain Drive Extendable Pole Saw & Pruner (7’–16′)
  • One Gilmour hose and one sprinkler
  • You’ll be completely set for spring!

So, here’s how the giveaway works. It starts today and runs through March 23rd at Midnight. To enter, I want you to tell me which Fiskars garden tool you think will be your favorite, and I’ll choose a winner based upon a random number selector. As I wrote above, the giveaway runs through March 23rd because I’m going to be traveling. I’ll announce the winner on March 26th sometime in the afternoon. The giveaway is only open to residents of the continental U.S. because of shipping costs. Sorry European and Canadian friends.

If you would be so kind as to tweet and share this post on Facebook, I would be ever so grateful. It gets harder and harder to get posts out across social media these days. Good luck to all of you!

UPDATE: Jennifer K. is the lucky winner of the garden tools! Thank you all so much for playing along. Have a wonderful week.

Fiskar Loppers for sure, we are being swallowed up by blackberries! 😛

The PowerGear2 pruners are right up my alley. I have a small pair of Friskars pruners that I love, but these are definitely next level!

Oooooh a pole saw and pruner! I love fiskars tools also. Very hard to decide

Well, I was going to ask for those large loppers, but I just realized that I think I have them already! LOL So I think I’d like to have those micro tip pruners. That’s a niche I could fill in my tool arsenal.

  6. Michelle J.

    19 March, 2017 at 3:18 pm

I agree that the loppers would probably get the most use around here, so I say those!

  7. Courtney Ranneberger

Pretty much any tool would be my favorite!! I’m finally digging into my yard this year, and I have so many plans 🙂

I think the pruners might be used most frequently, but I’m moving to the Skagit Valley later this year and know the Extendable Pole Saw will be a necessity! This is a fantastic package of tools, sure hope you choose me!

I’m guessing the PowerGear2 Loppers would be my favorite. Living in the mountains means we’ve got some big bushes around the house that could use trimming and longer handles make that easier. 🙂

    16 March, 2017 at 2:41 pm

Thank you the giveaway! I prefer Fiskars tool outside and inside because they always a quality tool and stay sharp longer. My favorite tool is (18”) PowerGear2™ Lopper. It is so easier to cut those branches that are just a tad too big!

    16 March, 2017 at 2:28 pm

The extendable pole and pruner would definitely be the most helpful in the garden; we will be attempting some landscaping this summer and all of these sugesstions are great! Thanks so much!

  16. Renee Gurley

    16 March, 2017 at 8:26 am

The pole saw and pruner would be a great tool for those hard to reach areas that need to be trimmed.

Those loppers look great! I looked at them in the hardware store last season, but didn’t end up buying them. I would like them to prune back this ancient rose bush in my backyard that I need something really heavy duty for.

  23. Vera K

    15 March, 2017 at 4:42 pm

I would use the pruners the most – I am always buying new ones.

    15 March, 2017 at 10:26 am

I have the 18″ loppers and LOVE them! Being able to win the longer ones would be great! I also use the micro-tips/snips and am ready for another pair so I can get my hubby to join me when harvesting flowers. I prefer Fiskars for most any type of cutting tool – inside or outside the house! (I probably have a dozen different types of scissors for in-home use!)

  26. rachellhough

    15 March, 2017 at 9:26 am

Any of them are great, but the pruners would be my favorite. Mine are not Fiskars and are looking pretty rough!

  35. Jenna Shell

I think I would enjoy the loppers the most. I have the same problem getting poked with thorns. Fingers crossed!!!! 🙂

  36. Kristi

    14 March, 2017 at 4:10 pm

I’m sure I would use the PowerGear2 pruners the most of all these tools, but when you’re a beginning farmer and money is tight…I’d be grateful to win any of these workhorse tools!! So glad I found your blog!!

  37. Brianna Blacklock

    14 March, 2017 at 3:22 pm

The 18″ loppers for sure! Would be a serious upgrade from our current situ, and it is really fun to tell my two-year-old to “hand me those loppers” ?

  38. Alicia Shreffler

    14 March, 2017 at 1:45 pm

Gosh, I could really use the power gear 2 soft grip pruners, Micro tip pruning snips, Glimour hose and sprinkler.

  45. Cait

    14 March, 2017 at 11:23 am

That sprinkler would make it a whole lot easier to get the wildflower patch going behind my rental apartment instead of the bare compacted dirt that’s there now!
    Thanks!

  46. Necia Myers

    14 March, 2017 at 11:20 am

What a great giveaway! My favorite would be the bypass loopers for the exact reason you stated. I have 25 rose bushes and they are dangerous to prune!

What an incredible giveaway! It’s hard to pick just one but I guess I would have to choose the Extendable saw and tree pruner. We purchased our home last September and we have a lot of old trees surrounding our property that could use a snip or two.

I’m pretty sure the pole cutter would become my best friend. With a tree lined driveway and house surrounded by them, I spend countless hours climbing up and sawing limbs. Just celebrated my birthday, and climbing is coming a little slower…haha!

I think I would like the 18″ pruners. I have the longer set and I believe the shorter version would be easier on my wrists. I too love everything Fiskars. In the garden and in the sewing room!

  69. Manju

    12 March, 2017 at 7:01 am

All the Fiskars hand tools sound great, but if I had to pick one it would be the pole saw and tree pruner. We recently bought a ne home and most of the trees need some limbing up.

Hello, the Power Gear 2 Softgrip pruners look wonderful to me. Wish I had had those last week while pruning up the limbs on the birches in the front garden. Gardening is starting to feel a little uncomfortable as I am getting older and those pruners would definitely make a real difference for my hand comfort.

Hi there pal! I do not own any tool like the micro tip snippers. And when it comes to pruning latex, I’ve gunked up my share of pruners and loppers pruning Trachelospermum jasminoides (confederate jasmine) in my yard. Thanks Dee! Best wishes.

  76. Lydia Plunk

That long-handled pruner would add some muscle without going to the gym in order to climb in the tree.

  77. Beth friedl

    10 March, 2017 at 8:45 pm

After using the 18″ loppers I do not use my other ones anymore. Pruning is so much easier now.

32′ loppers! Did you know that Fiskars is Finnish-based? My relatives in Finland always send me Fiskars. And I’m laughing so hard about the marijuana and the shadow on your hand! I’m so allergic to stabs and scratches in the garden that I easily bruise without gloves & do look like I have the grunge. XXOO

  89. DJ

    9 March, 2017 at 12:31 am

I love this brand! The Power Gear 2 Prunes would come in handy. I think I would get the most use out of them in my garden.

  90. Anna Maloy

  95. Michelle

    8 March, 2017 at 10:37 am

I would use the microsnips or multisnips– inspired by your blog and by Theresa Loe’s podcast (and your guest appearance on said podcast!), I’m bulking up on fresh herbs, veggies and flowers for beneficial insects. My yard is going to look and smell SO good this year! 🙂

I think I’d like those last pruners the best, the ones that work great for arthritic hands! I’ve noticed my hands are not as strong as they used to be.

  97. Alicia H

    7 March, 2017 at 7:34 pm

This would be an awesome giveaway to win! I would use the loppers the most! My spring project is to clear away some invasive wild rose that took over an area in my yard and these would be a great help. Thanks so much! I will share on FB! 🙂

  98. Andrea Bellamy

    7 March, 2017 at 6:51 pm

I’m not eligible to win (Canadian) but I definitely need either of those bypass loppers. I’ve managed for years without because I was primarily a container grower, but now that I have an actual yard with actual trees and shrubs, these are becoming a must! Will look for them in stores.

  99. Norma

    7 March, 2017 at 5:21 pm

I would definitely want the Pruners. I own an old pair but sometimes end up grabbing a pair of scissors if I don’t feel like walking out to the garden shed to grab them when I see something that needs pruning. I’m afraid I’ll forget if I don’t do it right then! lol So naughty of me, I know.

  100. LindaW

    7 March, 2017 at 12:43 pm

Fiskers are great. I would probably most love the extendable pole saw and pruner. We have 3 acres of mature trees and pruning never ends.

  101. Mieko Ping Wu

    7 March, 2017 at 11:01 am

I think I would love the Powergear2 18″ loppers. The short length would let me prune Rose bushes and shrubs easier.

  102. S Grif

    7 March, 2017 at 9:59 am

I would love the Fiskars Micro-Tip Pruning Snip. It would be nice to have something small to use.

  103. jeanie skibiski

    7 March, 2017 at 8:51 am

I think I would love a new pair of pruners. I always like to keep a pair in my back pocket as I am working. Softgrip sounds easy on my hands. 🙂

  104. Cat Roth

    7 March, 2017 at 8:33 am

I would probably get the most use out of the extendable looper, I’m a short woman who loves her tall plants!

  105. Kate

    7 March, 2017 at 7:49 am

extendable pruner, for those dead branches of the nearly-dead tree in the neighbor’s yard, which hang over the fence. Would so love to lop those off!

  106. Kim Reiss

    7 March, 2017 at 7:49 am

I would really use the heck out of the 35″ loppers. I have several fiskars tools and use them all the time.

  107. Gail Adams

    7 March, 2017 at 1:03 am

I have a pair of the lopers and they are my favorite too so would love to have the chain driven pole saw. We’ve got many many trees and I’m always needing something just a ‘little longer’ so that tree trimmer would be wonderful to have.

  108. Jim Black

    6 March, 2017 at 11:19 pm

The One Chain Drive Extendable Pole Saw & Pruner (7’–16?) would certainly be my favorite fiskars tool because I’ve gotten to the age it’s impossible for me to climb up into the trees and handle a chain saw.

    Jim Black

  109. Sue H. Catchings

    6 March, 2017 at 10:23 pm

We moved to our home almost 2 years ago and inherited a lot of garden to take care of. We could use any of the Fiskars products and would be thrilled and grateful! Thank you!

  110. Julia Byers

    6 March, 2017 at 10:22 pm

I think I’d most enjoy the hose and sprinkler — currently I have to drag ours back and forth between front yard and back yard, and that’s a lot of work! I think my next most enjoyed would be the loppers, we have some but I can’t use them because my upperbody strength is quite lacking.

  111. Peggy Riccio

    6 March, 2017 at 9:58 pm

I have several Fiskar products and love them all but I have not tried their pole pruner. I have a pole pruner, made by another company, but it jams up so bad I am afraid to use it. That is why I would like to try Fiskars, I am sure it is much better!

  112. Heather Hartkopf

    6 March, 2017 at 9:55 pm

After reading that they are good for those of us with arthritis, I would have to say the Fiskars PowerGear2 Pruner would probably be my favorite
    !

  113. Becky

    6 March, 2017 at 9:34 pm

The extendable pole saw and pruner looks very handy. Thanks Dee!

  114. Anonymous

Micro tip pruning snips please maam! Thank you! Love your blogs!

    • Dee Nash

  115. Kelly Amrein

    6 March, 2017 at 9:23 pm

The Soft grip micro tip snips would be an awesome addition to our aging garden tools!

  116. Lori Benton

    6 March, 2017 at 9:15 pm

The 18 ” PowerGear Bypass Loppers would be great for our lilacs!

  117. Kathy from Cold Climate Gardening

    6 March, 2017 at 9:07 pm

I actually already own several Fiskars products, and love them all. But I don’t have a pole pruner that is chain-driven. It just has a rope. And if I win I know a young married couple that could use all the tools that would be duplicates for me.

  118. Janet Mills

    6 March, 2017 at 8:56 pm

The Fiskars Power Gear 2 Oeuner, the last one on your oost, looks like it would be my favorite, but the long- handLe bypass prune tgat you use for roses looks great too! Would love to win-my pruners are so chewed up the blades look like pinking shears! Lol How cool it would be to win these new ones.

  119. Vickie Middleton

    6 March, 2017 at 8:40 pm

    PowerGear2 pruners

  120. Jenny

    6 March, 2017 at 7:41 pm

Oh! The loppers. Mine are in pretty bad shape and these would make my life so much easier. Thanks for the chance to win.

  121. Kerrie

    6 March, 2017 at 7:39 pm

I dig that extendable pole saw! The things I could do with that! Thanks, Dee and Fiskars.

  122. Sally Marcum

    6 March, 2017 at 7:28 pm

Anyone winning the Pole saw, or any other of the Fiskars is indeed receiving a great gift. I will give that Pole saw a test drive now that I know Fiskars makes one.

  123. Cheryl Weintraub

    6 March, 2017 at 6:24 pm

Power Gear 2 pruners for me!!

  124. modernmia

    6 March, 2017 at 6:06 pm

Loppers! Those look fabulous! We have an older wooden set that worked great until the Wonder Kids tried to cut down the dogwood with them after they got the Cozy Coupe stuck in the dogwood tree.

  125. Nancy

    6 March, 2017 at 6:05 pm

I just had shoulder surgery and think the power group 2 pruners would make things easy.

  126. Mari M. Farthing

    6 March, 2017 at 6:04 pm

Great post and great giveaway! Having recently moved to my very wooded lot, that one chain drive extendable pole saw & pruner would fast become a much-used favorite around here, taming (at least somewhat) those scrubby blackjack oaks I’m surrounded by!

  127. Phillip

    6 March, 2017 at 5:53 pm

I have several Fiskars tools already but I do not have their pruners. I think this would be my favorite.

  128. Jenny Young

    6 March, 2017 at 5:53 pm

I would love to have a good pair of extendable pruners but every tool on the list would use.

  129. Rebecca Harris

    6 March, 2017 at 5:49 pm

What a great giveaway! I’m just branching out into gardening so all would be useful, but the pole Saw & Tree Pruner would be the most beneficial for me. My backyard tree is rather weak and needs a good clean up if it is to stand a chance this tornado season.

  130. Pam Farley

    6 March, 2017 at 5:45 pm

I would love to use the 18″ loppers. The neighbors hedge hangs over my vegetable garden and casts a huge shadow. I could print that sucker right back! ;0)

  131. Susan

    6 March, 2017 at 5:44 pm

The extendable polesaw & pruner would be great because sometimes I’d like to prune higher than this short woman can reach. I love Fiskars products!

  132. KaTinka Bolding

    6 March, 2017 at 5:13 pm

I would use the Extendable Pole Saw & Pruner because there is a broken tree limb tangled in another tree limb hanging over my drive way and there seems to be no good way to get to it w/o a cherry picker. lol Maybe this would work.

  133. Jolinda thompson

    6 March, 2017 at 5:02 pm

    Powergear pruners please.

  134. Susan

    6 March, 2017 at 4:52 pm

The Fiskars PowerGear 2 pruners look great to me.

  135. Dena Morgan

    6 March, 2017 at 4:49 pm

Its a hard to pick a favorite, I think all of these would come in handy! But I would really like the Fiskars 7-16 Foot Chain-drive Extendable Pole Saw and Tree Pruner. I have some serious tree pruning to do this spring after the tough winter winds have broken a lot of branches. Love your blog and your live videos. I always learn something! I consider myself a intermediate beginner. I hope to be as experienced a gardener as my great grandmother someday. Even as a small child, I saw the talent she processed and the love she received from her beautiful flowers.

  136. Anonymous

    6 March, 2017 at 4:37 pm

Ooooooo . . . . A veritable gardener’s toy box!!! I love the snips, the pruners, and the loppers! I probably use (and am the hardest on) my pruners, though.

    • Dee Nash

      6 March, 2017 at 5:56 pm

Okay, dear Anonymous. You can’t win unless I know your name and email address. (Email is not published.) 😉

  137. Bruce Batman

    6 March, 2017 at 4:36 pm

Micro-tip pruners would be great! Fiskars is a great product!

  138. Christie Stoops

    6 March, 2017 at 4:18 pm

I could use a good pair of Fiskars loopers.

  139. Rhonda

    6 March, 2017 at 3:55 pm

The pole saw pruner or a good set of loppers.

  140. Rebecca Burlingham

    6 March, 2017 at 3:31 pm

The pole saw and pruner would be a huge help in my garden. But if I had all of these in my tool cabinet, I thing the one I would go back to time and again would be the Power gear pruners. Anything that reduces the strain on my hands is a favorite.

  141. Sue Day

    6 March, 2017 at 3:25 pm

I have the power gear pruners and the micro tips and love them both. Another set would make it possible for a friend to help me prune! I would love to try the loppers.

  142. Laurie Love

    6 March, 2017 at 3:10 pm

Definitely the loppers. We have lots of mature trees and bushes….the branches are too big and too high for me to get comfortably.

  143. colin

    6 March, 2017 at 3:02 pm

Power garden pruners! my old ones are fizzling and Heaven knows a gardener is lost without her garden pruners!

  144. Jennie Brooks

    6 March, 2017 at 2:58 pm

The extendable pole saw would be my a dream. I’ve wanted one for SOOOO long. but I would use the tip snippers most often. i only have one good pair and they’re never where i need them to be.
What a great giveaway. Thanks SO much!

  145. Kris M.

    6 March, 2017 at 2:50 pm

Well all of these would be fantastic I think I would use the One Garden Multi-Snip the most. I also always (always!) can use a good hose around the garden.

  146. Judy Meek

    6 March, 2017 at 2:44 pm

Power Gear 2 Pruners would be great

  147. Judy Meek

    6 March, 2017 at 2:43 pm

I would love the micro tip snippers, so handy

  148. PJ

    6 March, 2017 at 2:38 pm

All of these tools would definitely get a lot of use, but the Chain Drive Extendable Pole Saw & Pruner would probably be my favorite. I am greatly lacking in the stature department, so there are a lot of places needing trimming which I am unable to reach.

  149. Linda Al-Sangar

    6 March, 2017 at 2:29 pm

It would have to be the pole saw….I have never used one, but I think I could get the hang of it.

  150. Gina Wagner

    6 March, 2017 at 2:07 pm

Pole saw and pruner. My yard needs this . But I can make use of all the tools. Thank you, Gina Wagner

  151. Marmee green

    6 March, 2017 at 2:02 pm

I would have to say the loppers would be my most used tool. They are so handy and I have many things to prune coming up in the spring.

  152. Karen J Kennedy

    6 March, 2017 at 1:46 pm

I would probably use the heck out of the loppers, I have a black lace sambucus that can get quite large in one summer and needs constant pruning and requires getting a ladder most of the time. Those micro-pruners are also a really wonderful addition to any toolbox.

  153. Marshmello

    6 March, 2017 at 1:38 pm

The soft grip pruners are what I would use the most!

  154. Christina Kamp

    6 March, 2017 at 1:30 pm

I reallly realllly need those two gear pruners! 🙂 I hope i win! I am going to be sharing this everywhere either way! 🙂

  155. Jeavonna

    6 March, 2017 at 1:27 pm

    The hand pruners.

  156. Heidi Crockett

    6 March, 2017 at 1:12 pm

The pruners would be a big help…My current pair is terribly dull. I have a pair of the power gear loppers and they are amazing!

  157. Umm Shams

    6 March, 2017 at 1:02 pm

The Extendable Pole Saw & Pruner will be much appreciated. I’m under tall & need all the extension I can get!

  158. Debbie Spurling

    6 March, 2017 at 1:01 pm

I would love the loppers and the pruners. I use the 18 inch loppers, but I don’t have any of the others. The Power Gear loppers really do make a difference for ease of use if you have arthritis. I love them! I love your blog too; I always get helpful information although I garden in Northern California.

    • Linda James

      6 March, 2017 at 4:32 pm

How wonderful to have this whole array of garden helpers! Now retired and a full-time gardener, I rarely walk out the door without pulling a weed or two nipping at a bush or shrub! The Fiskars tools would certainly be helpful with my little obsession!

  159. Megan Pope Whitehead

    6 March, 2017 at 12:56 pm

I love the micro tip pruning snips. I have a pair and have worm them out over time. They are great for harvesting herb and make quick work of it! I haven’t tried any of the others but would love too! I know my husband and mother in law would love the pole saw since we have had so much ice damage to our trees.

  160. Lee Shaver

    6 March, 2017 at 12:54 pm

    Pole Saw

  161. Peggy Z

    6 March, 2017 at 12:54 pm

I love Fiskars. I have a pair of pruners I have had for over 10 years. I would be so blessed to win the PowerGear2 Loppers. They would come in very handy on our little farm.

  162. Jacqueline Wroten

    6 March, 2017 at 12:48 pm

I would so love the Fiskars 7-16 Foot Chain-drive Extendable Pole Saw and Tree Pruner as my husband is disabled and I need to trim our trees!

  163. Heather Rivas

    6 March, 2017 at 12:45 pm

PowerGear2 Loppers look amazing! I think they would be my favorite because I would use them the most. I already own the micro tip pruning shears and I love them!!!

  164. jberry

    6 March, 2017 at 12:44 pm

I’d think at this time of year, I could make the best use of the chain drive extendable pole saw & pruner. My yard & gardens are surrounded by problematic sycamores and pines. I also harbor way too many over sized rose of sharons’ and red buds. Fingers crossed.

  165. The Napkin Dad

    6 March, 2017 at 12:41 pm

I would LOVE to have the 18″ Loppers. I have a lot of unruly stuff along my fence line that could use trimming and those would be perfect. I also would love the extendable pole saw/pruner. My tree branches are often JUST out of reach and that tool would help a lot!

  166. Alice

    6 March, 2017 at 12:38 pm

My husband and I really have enjoyed the Fiskars products, that we have purchased. We use our power gear loppers extensively for trimming off fence rows on our farm. The pole saw would be a great help in trimming low hanging limbs.

  167. Donalyn@TheCreeksideCook

    6 March, 2017 at 12:38 pm

I love Fiskars’ tools – always well made and sturdy. I love the look of that pole saw, since we don’t already have one of those. Have a fun trip, Dee!

  168. Larren

    6 March, 2017 at 12:34 pm

I really need those Power Gear 2 pruners for my roses!

  169. Elizabeth Rogers

    6 March, 2017 at 12:33 pm

18″ Loppers! What a great giveaway. Glad to hear they acquired Gilmore too.

  170. Wanda Pylant

    6 March, 2017 at 12:30 pm

I’m a big fan of Fiskars. The tool I would probably use the most is the Power Gear Loppers. There is so much pruning and cutting back that needs to be done multiple times a year.

  171. Amy Campion

    6 March, 2017 at 12:24 pm

The micro-tip snips would be great for propagation, I would think. Thank you, Dee!

  172. Faith Harmon

    6 March, 2017 at 12:15 pm

I would love the Powergrip Bypass Loppers! I love reading your blog!

  173. Terri McGugan

    6 March, 2017 at 12:10 pm

The pruners will be used all the time!!

  174. Julie

    6 March, 2017 at 12:05 pm

The Extendable pole saw. We still have some damaged trees from winter 2015.

  175. Cynthia Yow

    6 March, 2017 at 12:03 pm

I think that I would love the power gear 2 soft grip pruners. I could use a little less stress on my hands.

  176. Kay Martin-Pence

    6 March, 2017 at 12:01 pm

The PowerGear 2 loppers would get a serious workout at my house. Would probably have to arm wrestle my hubby over who would get to use them first ?.

  177. Jane / MulchMaid

    6 March, 2017 at 11:57 am

I have always loved Fiskars tools and this is terrific selection of them. I think the PowerGear2 large (35″) loppers would be my favorite tool from this group; my garden is getting more and more mature and my shrubs are thicker than ever!

  178. Linda Belcher

    6 March, 2017 at 11:55 am

I love my Fiskers tools. The Extender pole saw and pruner would get a work out in my yard. Thank you Dee and Fiskers.

  179. Julie

    6 March, 2017 at 11:49 am

The micro-tip for me and the lopper for the hubs! This is a great giveway!

  180. Dirtandmartinis

    6 March, 2017 at 11:48 am

Oh wow! How does one choose? 🙂 Well, I think pole saw would come in very handy. Although, I do need a new hose and sprinkler. Hmmm…:)

  181. Martie Brown

    6 March, 2017 at 11:43 am

FISKARS are the best. PowerGear 2 Pruners

  182. Kristi

    6 March, 2017 at 11:41 am

The power gear loppers for sure. My loppers are terrible and pruning is one of my favorite chores!

  183. suz

    6 March, 2017 at 11:39 am

hard to pick, as any of them would be useful here – but my hands and arms would especially love to get themselves around the loppers, pole saw or soft-grip pruners. thanks for the chance to win. –suz in ohio

  184. Amy Armstrong

    6 March, 2017 at 11:39 am

    PowerGear2 Loppers would be awesome!

  185. Musette

    6 March, 2017 at 11:39 am

omgosh! I started drooling at the sight of those micro-tips! and those Power Gear 2 pruners are giving me LIFE!

    xoxoxo

  186. Loree / danger garden

    6 March, 2017 at 11:33 am

Okay no lie, a pair of Fiskers pruners was the first garden tool I bought when I bought my first house (and garden!) back in 2002. Of course I still have them!

    • Loree / danger garden

      6 March, 2017 at 11:35 am

Oh…and I would love to add their loppers to my collection, the ones I have (another brand) are no good.

  187. Deborah Loosman West

    6 March, 2017 at 11:22 am

All of Fiskers tool’s are top-rated in my opinion. The micro -tip pruning snips are great for florists to use on cut flower designs and in the garden to snip fresh herbs and blooming flowers. Love them. I also love using my Power Gear 2 Soft Grip pruners for rose stems and woody ornamental foliage I prune for fresh floral designs. It is a big help to reduce strain on the tendons in my hand and wrist. I have not used the pole saw pruner but would love to try it out!
Thank you Fiskers! Great garden and fresh floral tools for gardeners who love to play in the dirt!

  188. Tammy Newton

    6 March, 2017 at 11:17 am

They are all great, but the loppers are a must around here!

  189. Donna@Gardens Eye View

    6 March, 2017 at 11:15 am

I would love to see and use the Pole Saw and Pruner….but oh all would be such a delight….thanks Dee and Fiskars!

  190. Anonymous

    6 March, 2017 at 11:11 am

I think I’d burn up those micro tip snippers deadheading, harvesting garden goodies, and fine trimming! Love your real person reviews – saves me from making expensive buys that aren’t what I need.

    • Dee Nash

      6 March, 2017 at 11:12 am
